Once you turn on Mayhem Mode of any level, Normal and TVHM are functionally equivalent. The ONLY difference is the badass spawn rate. Apr 25, 2020 · Honestly normal mode + mayhem seems the way to go. In BL2 you HAD to do TVHM and then UVHM because the cap was 72 and you finished normal mode at 35. In this game you can just play all the way to 57 on normal mode and then do mayhem mode. I ended the Normal mode around Level 47 - 48 lol.
